1. What We Collect

  • Account information: Email address (projects), Twitter handle, name, avatar, and follower count (creators), wallet addresses.
  • Deal data: Campaign details, draft content, messages between parties, tweet URLs, and performance metrics.
  • Transaction data: USDC deposit and payout amounts, transaction hashes on the Arbitrum network.
  • Usage data: IP addresses (for rate limiting), browser information, and page visits.

2. How We Use It

  • To operate the Platform: matching creators with projects, processing deals, calculating payouts.
  • To display creator profiles publicly (handle, avatar, follower count, categories, rate).
  • To evaluate tweet performance and calculate engagement-based payments.
  • To prevent abuse via rate limiting and fraud detection.
  • To send operational notifications (deal updates, admin alerts).

3. What We Share

  • Creator profiles (handle, avatar, follower count, rate, categories) are visible to all Platform users.
  • Deal details are shared between the project and creator(s) involved in that deal. Project emails are visible to creators they work with.
  • Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on the Arbitrum network by nature.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Database and authentication for project accounts.
  • Privy: Authentication for creator accounts (Twitter, wallet, email login).
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment.
  • fxtwitter / vxtwitter: Public tweet metrics retrieval.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and deal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use row-level security policies, server-side authentication, and rate limiting to protect your data. Blockchain transactions are secured by the Arbitrum network. However, no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your Rights

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw from the Platform at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
